Returns 

Returns, refunds, or cancellations will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal preference or change in purchasing decision
  • Sizing or fit concerns
  • Minor signs of wear consistent with the condition shown and described
  • Service history assumptions where service history was not explicitly stated
  • Changes in market value or pricing fluctuations

A return request may only be considered if the item is determined to be materially not as described in the original listing, invoice, or written description provided by Kronos Watches.

To qualify for a return request:

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • The watch must remain in the same condition as received
  • All original accessories, paperwork, boxes, tags, warranty cards, and included items must be returned
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, tampering, or alterations
  • The watch must not have been opened, serviced, or modified by any third party after delivery

Exchanges

Kronos Watches may offer exchanges at our discretion. Exchange requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

To be considered for an exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • The watch must remain in the same condition as received
  • All original accessories, paperwork, boxes, tags, warranty cards, and included items must be returned
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, tampering, or alterations
  • Any price difference between exchanged items must be paid prior to shipment
