Welcome to Kronos Watches ("Kronos Watches", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Products & Condition Disclosure

Kronos Watches specializes in authentic pre-owned, vintage, and luxury timepieces.

Because many of our watches are pre-owned and/or vintage:

• Watches may show normal signs of wear consistent with age and use.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present.
• We encourage customers to carefully review all photos and descriptions prior to purchase.
• Service history may be unknown unless specifically stated in the listing.
• All specifications, descriptions, and estimated production years are provided to the best of our knowledge.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

Kronos Watches guarantees all timepieces sold are authentic unless otherwise disclosed.

Some watches may contain replacement or service parts that are consistent with industry standards and may not always be original to the watch's initial production period. Any known material modifications will be disclosed when applicable.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Items may be listed simultaneously across multiple platforms and sales channels. Product availability is not guaranteed until full payment has been successfully received and verified.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Inventory errors
• Pricing errors
• Fraud concerns
• Payment verification issues
• Product unavailability

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our payment provider, High Tech Merchants.

Orders are not considered finalized until payment has been fully authorized, reviewed, and verified by our payment processor.

Kronos Watches reserves the right to delay shipment pending payment verification or fraud-prevention procedures.

5. Shipping Policy

Once payment has been fully verified and approved, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping terms:

• Signature confirmation may be required.
• Orders will only be shipped to the verified address associated with payment authorization.
• Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or events outside of our control.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery.

6. One-Year Mechanical Warranty

Kronos Watches provides a one (1) year mechanical warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Mechanical movement failures
• Timekeeping issues outside normal operating expectations
• Malfunctioning mechanical functions or complications
• Internal mechanical defects

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Scratches, dents, or bracelet stretch
• Water or moisture damage
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Damage resulting from drops or impacts
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or opening of the watch by a third party
• Straps, bracelets, crystals, crowns, batteries, or external components unless a defect existed at delivery

If a warranty claim is approved:

Kronos Watches may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the watch
• Replace defective components
• Replace the watch if necessary
• Offer store credit if repair is not feasible

Customers must contact us prior to sending any watch for warranty service.

Unauthorized third-party repairs may void warranty coverage.

7. Water Resistance Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated otherwise, water resistance on pre-owned and vintage watches is not guaranteed.

Customers should avoid exposing watches to water unless they have independently confirmed current water resistance testing.

Kronos Watches shall not be responsible for moisture or water-related damage.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns

All sales are considered final unless:

• The item received is materially different from its description
• The incorrect item was shipped

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Approved returns must be:

• In the same condition received
• Include all accessories, boxes, papers, and contents originally provided
• Show no evidence of misuse, tampering, or alteration

Kronos Watches reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

At our discretion, exchanges may be offered on eligible purchases.

Customers should contact us directly regarding exchange requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kronos Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of products
• Delayed shipments
• Product defects beyond warranty terms
• Loss of profits or business interruption

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased item.

10. Fraud Prevention

Kronos Watches reserves the right to:

• Request identification documents
• Verify billing and shipping information
• Cancel suspicious transactions
• Refuse service at our discretion

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
